About

Marketing that behaves like a system.

I'm Muthanna. I build growth systems for businesses and teach the people who run them. Most of my career has been split between doing the work for clients and training others to do it properly.

The story

I started where most people in this field start: running campaigns, fixing websites, posting content. What became obvious quickly is that the campaign is never the problem. The problem is usually the offer, the page it lands on, or what happens in the six hours after someone fills a form.

So the work shifted. Instead of taking a brief and executing it, I spend the first weeks of any engagement mapping how the business actually acquires customers today — where enquiries come from, what they cost, where they go cold. The plan comes after that.

Alongside client work I teach. Training a room of students or a marketing team forces you to explain why something works, not just that it does. It has made me a better consultant than any campaign ever did.

What I believe

Strategy before spend

Money spent before positioning is settled buys you data about the wrong thing.

Build for the handover

If a system needs me to keep running, it isn't finished. Documentation and training are part of the deliverable.

Report the truth

Reach and impressions are not results. I'd rather show a flat month honestly than dress it up.

How an engagement runs

Four stages, in this order.

  1. Stage one

    Audit

Analytics, ad accounts, search visibility, website, sales follow-up. I look at what happens after the click as closely as before it.

  2. Stage two

    Strategy

Positioning, offer, channel mix and the numbers we're going to be judged on. Written down, agreed before anything is built.

  3. Stage three

    Build & run

Pages, campaigns, content and automations go live in a sequence, so we can tell what caused what.

  4. Stage four

    Train & hand over

Your team learns the system. Reports, SOPs and dashboards stay with you.
